Terms of use
Last updated: 16 September 2026.
What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this site — the pages, the guides and the free tools. They don't cover paid work. If you hire me for a diagnostic or an ongoing engagement, that's governed by a separate agreement settled between us before anything starts, not by this page.
What the free tools don't promise
Each tool gives you an automated, directional reading based on what you paste into it. Treat it as a starting point, not a certified result.
Search engines and AI answer engines change how they rank and cite pages on their own schedule, for reasons no tool — mine or anyone else's — can fully predict. A tool saying something looks fine today tells you nothing about how it'll be treated next month.
Using a free tool does not create an advisory, contractual or professional relationship. It is a piece of software you use at your own judgement, and it is not a substitute for applied work on your actual site.
No warranty, within what the law allows
The site and the tools are provided as they are, without a warranty that they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose beyond what each page describes.
My liability for loss arising from your use of the site or the tools is limited to what is reasonably foreseeable, and excluded where the law allows it to be excluded. Nothing here limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Danish or EU law.
Who owns what
The design, the copy, the tool code and the graphics belong to Soufyane Attauabi, trading as SEO Elite Tool. You're welcome to use the tools for your own work, but copying the site itself, or the code behind the tools, isn't licensed by these terms.
Whatever you type or paste into a tool is yours. Since none of it is transmitted to me, I never see it, store it, or claim any right to it.
Using the tools reasonably
Please don't scrape the site, automate requests at a volume a person couldn't produce by hand, try to overload the form or the tools, or reverse-engineer the client-side code beyond what copyright law already allows. Ordinary use — pasting your own content into a tool, reading a guide, sending one enquiry — is exactly what this is built for.
Changes to these terms
I may update this page as the site or the tools change. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and any dispute that can't be settled directly goes to the Danish courts.
