Who this policy is about

This policy covers seoelitetool.com. The business behind it, and the controller responsible for the personal data described below, is Soufyane Attauabi, trading as SEO Elite Tool, Vandtårnsvej 73, 2860 Søborg, Denmark.

If you have a question about any of this, write to info@seoelitetool.com or call +45 66 50 52 19.

What the contact form collects, and why

The site has one form, on the contact page. It asks for your name, your email address, your website's URL, and a short menu selection for what you need help with. There's a message field too, but it's optional — you can send the form without it.

I collect this so I can read your enquiry, look at the site you've named if you've given me one, and reply with something useful rather than a form letter.

The legal basis for this — it isn't consent

Your name, email and what you need help with are the fields I need in order to answer you at all, so I process those under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: the steps you're asking me to take before any contract exists.

Your website URL and any message are optional. I process those under my legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in giving you a properly informed answer rather than a generic one. You can object to that at any time — see your rights below.

I don't ask for or rely on your consent for any of this. There's no consent checkbox on the form, and none is needed.

Who sees it

Nobody but Soufyane Attauabi reads what you send. There's no CRM, no shared inbox, no marketing platform and no database behind the form — the message is emailed straight to the business inbox and nothing else happens to it.

Getting that email from the server to that inbox does involve one other party: the company that hosts the site and handles its outgoing mail. That company is a data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR for the moment your message passes through it. The provider will be named here once hosting is finalised, under a data processing agreement, before the site takes real traffic.

I don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone, for marketing or for anything else.

Does anything leave the EU or EEA

Not by design. The physical location of the hosting and mail provider is not yet confirmed — that sits behind the same step mentioned above. Once it is, this section will say plainly whether your message ever passes through a server outside the EU or EEA and, if it does, which safeguard under Article 46 covers that transfer.

How long I keep it

An enquiry that doesn't turn into paid work is kept for 12 months after the last message in the thread, then deleted.

If it does turn into paid work, the correspondence documenting that engagement is kept for as long as ordinary Danish bookkeeping and contract-record rules require, under that separate obligation rather than this one.

About your IP address

The form has basic protection against automated spam: a hidden field only a bot would fill in, and a signed token that stops a submission arriving faster than a person could type it. Neither sets a cookie, and neither calls anyone outside my own server.

There's also a limit on how many messages can arrive from one connection in an hour. To enforce that without keeping a readable log of visitors, your IP address is combined with a value that changes every hour and turned into a one-way hash, which is used only as a counter filename. That hash is never written into the email I receive, and the counter deletes itself within a day. I never see, store or email your raw IP address.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me to give you a copy of what I hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, delete it, or limit what I do with it. Where I rely on legitimate interest — your website URL and any message — you can object, and I'll stop unless I can show a compelling reason not to.

To use any of these, write to info@seoelitetool.com. If you're not happy with my answer, you can complain to Denmark's data protection authority, Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.

What happens if you don't provide it

Name, email and what you need help with are necessary for me to answer you at all — without them there's no way to reply. The website URL and the message are optional; leaving them out just means my first reply may ask a question the form could have answered.

No automated decisions

Nothing here decides anything about you automatically. Every enquiry is read and answered by a person. There's no scoring, no profiling, and no automated filtering of who gets a reply.

Cookies, tracking, and why there's no banner

There are no cookies on this site. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for anything. No analytics platform, no tracking pixel, no third-party script, no embedded video or map, no content delivery network. The fonts are served from my own server rather than fetched from a font service, and the page is configured to load resources only from itself.

Because none of that exists, this site doesn't need — and doesn't show — a cookie consent banner. That isn't a slogan, it's the specific reason: nothing is stored on your device beyond what a tool you're actively using needs to hold your own input while you use it, and that clears when you close the tab. Danish and EU rules require consent for storage that isn't strictly necessary for what you actually asked for. There isn't any here.

The free tools

The tools on this site (see Free tools) run entirely in your browser. Whatever you paste or type into one of them stays on your device. None of them sends what you type to my server or anyone else's, and none of them fetches a page from the web on your behalf.

A tool may hold your input in your browser's session storage while you're using it, so the page doesn't lose your work if you switch tabs. That clears when you close the tab, and nothing about your use of a tool is logged, tracked or remembered afterwards.

If this policy changes

If how I handle data changes — a named hosting provider, analytics, anything material — I'll update this page and move the date at the top. Adding analytics in particular would mean a real consent banner first, not a quiet edit to this text.
